Project Highlights: Lead by Steve Morris, this project included the complete renovation of the 15 story, 317 room Augusta Tower which involved re-cladding the building, new construction of two guestroom wings (9 and 3 stories respectively), a new Casino Lounge with state of the art A/V systems and a 7 story Grand Lobby. The guestroom additions included 11 high roller suites ranging in size from 2,500 sq. ft. to 9,000 sq. ft. Steve’s team also installed all of the site development that included lagoons, waterfalls, swimming pools and spas.
