Facilities:The 53 story Continuing Care Retirement Community with 271 Independent Living Units, 39 Assisted Living Units, 15 Memory Support Suites, and 36 Skilled Care Units includes roughly 35,000sf of classroom space for use by Loyola in a concrete structure of approximately 750,000sf.
The Project is constructed on Loyola Water Tower campus land, which is leased to the non-profit owner and operator of this community. Owner Representation for the Clare is provided by a collaboration of Lyons Realty Advisors with Newcastle Limited.
