Facilities: The property includes a 450 room hotel, 27 hole golf course, 350 time share condominiums, spa, Specialty restaurant, retail, and boating dock for access to private beach use.
Project Highlights: The project presented considerable local zoning issues including adjacent properties and ecologically protected waterways.
